If you would like to schedule an appointment for therapy or learn more about a specific therapist please feel free to give us a call or send us an email.

During the first appointment, the therapist will observe and evaluate your child and then discuss any concerns and provide you with a summary of the evaluation and whether they recommend further treatment.

Our clinic is currently also offering teletherapy and daycare visits for specific circumstances. Please contact us for questions regarding this type of therapy.

Insurance

Paperwork

We currently accept and are in-network providers for Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Tricare, and United health care plans. We additionally provide all therapy services on a private pay basis.

We are happy to assist with verifying insurance benefits and confirming coverage. Please feel free to call with any questions regarding insurance.

After a first appointment is scheduled, you will need to fill out these new patient forms to provide the therapist with further background about your child as well as provide a prescription from your child’s pediatrician and an insurance card. Please email the forms to buildingblocktherapies@gmail.com or bring them to the first appointment.
